Ken Reinhardt has been in the construction business since 1960. He specialized in Light Commercial, New Homes, Additions and Remodeling. Ken is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, A Senior Life Director, and has served on the Board of Directors for more than 20 years. A successful career since 1960, included site development and construction of Kari Dale Apartments.
Ken is a fellow Mason, Lodge No. 5 and a Life Member of Osman Shriners. Quality has always been his tradition. His top priority is to be best at what he knows. Rental Requirements
Availability
Applications for apartment homes will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and subject to availability of apartment type request. Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
Rental Applications
A Rental Application must be completed for each legal adult prospective resident who will be living in the apartment or contributing to the payment of rent.
You may download and fill out our rental application below. At time of application security deposit and application fee must accompany application.
Evaluation
As a means of evaluating credit, the following information is evaluated with a scoring method that weighs the indicators of future rental performance. The score is based on statistical analysis of prior rental history, income, employment, and a criminal background check. Additional rental references may be required.
Qualifying Standards
Up to 12 months of rental history may be verified on present and previous residence. A positive record of prompt monthly payment, sufficient notice, and no damages is expected. For applicants who are homeowners, permission must be granted to verify payment history with the bank or lending institution. An unsatisfactory credit report can disqualify an applicant from renting an apartment. An unsatisfactory credit report is one which reflects past or current bad debt, late payments or unpaid bills, liens, judgments or bankruptcies. Stable employment records and income verification is required. Grounds for denial of your rental application in a criminal background check may include but are not limited to any felony conviction or arrest record. We also do not lease to applicants with certain misdemeanor arrests and convictions. Verifications are through state public records.
Co-signers
In the event a co-signer is required, he/she must complete a rental application and meet all income and qualifying standards. A co-signer is fully responsible for the lease agreement if the occupying resident(s) default.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee is paid by applicant for verification of information.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at application. If application is denied by management, it will be refunded in full. If it is approved and applicant fails to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, management will retain the deposit.
